Fractional Expert Singapore
Evonne - Fractional Chief Transformation Officer
At Maestro, we know there’s more to life than work. In fact, it’s the experiences, relationships and pursuits we have outside of work that can often give us an edge in what we do each day. We host an interview series called “Meet the Maestro” where we interview our Maestros and get an insight to who they really are and what makes them tick - beyond the CV.
Evonne helps healthcare organisations turn strategy into execution by building the organisational capability, culture and leadership needed to succeed in complex, highly regulated environments across Pharma, MedTech and Healthcare in APAC.
Her superpower is making invisible systems visible and helping people move through them. She sees organisations as interconnected structures, mapping dependencies, sequencing change and understanding readiness in a way that turns complexity into clear, actionable pathways. A trained pharmacist with early experience in clinical research, Evonne brings deep credibility across science, commercial and clinical worlds. Combined with more than two decades across APAC and a strong grounding in psychology and learning science, she is known for creating real, lasting organisational change that sticks long after the engagement ends.
